Course I (without MCC & Jet transition)

A320 Type Rating Training Phase

  1. 15 days Ground School at IFTC Istanbul (lunch + beverages for the crew)
  2. 36 hours MFTD
  3. 36 hours (9 sessions) FFS training

Course duration : Approximately 35-40 days

 
 

Course II (without MCC)

Jet Transition Phase

  1. 2 days Ground School at IFTC Istanbul (lunch + beverages for the crew)
  2. 12 hours (3 sessions) FFS Training for Jet Transition

A320 Type Rating Training Phase

DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations)


Course objectives
To provide professional quality DGR training, under the IATA cargo training accreditation programme, for any person involved in the air transportation of dangerous goods; and refresher training for existing DG certificate holders requiring revalidation of their DG certificate.

Syllabus
Basic course – introduction to the general application of IATA DGR; principles of DG packaging, handling and aircraft loading, classification, documentation, shipper/carrier responsibilities, government regulations/exceptions, and emergency response. Refresher course– a compact course with emphasis on the latest IATA DGR/carrier/government requirements; handling techniques, case studies and emergency response.
